 After 25 years with one of the Fortune Five Hundred
corporations, where he specialized as an engineer as well as a personnel
manager and in budget development, Art relocated to Mendocino and changed
careers. For fifteen years before moving to Mendocino, Art had owned
several apartment complexes and a commercial-investment property; the
career change to become a REALTOR was a natural evolution.
Now, with more than 15 years as a
REALTOR on the Mendocino Coast, he has developed a solid reputation as a
real estate professional... one with integrity, experience and knowledge,
and the skills to work through the most complex transactions.
- Certified Residential Specialist - The first person in the
Coastal Mendocino area to hold that designation; only 2% of all
REALTORS, nationally, have earned the right to the CRS designation.
- A licensed Real Estate Broker - Additional experience and training
are required for the Broker's license.

- A past Director of the Coastal Mendocino Association of REALTORS.
- Chairman for three years of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
